We are so excited!

This issue marks our 20th Anniversary of publishing San Diego Woman Magazine. It has been quite a journey since our initial meeting to discuss the possibility of creating a magazine that could speak to the women of San Diego.

We wanted it to be an inclusive resource for readers of all ages and had hopes that our dedicated readers would share all they learned with their husbands and families.

We have covered everything from dating to weddings to babies to work issues, and of course, health issues that other publications may have been embarrassed to discuss. We have run online and in-person seminars and have helped readers with tips and ideas for those who dream of starting their own businesses, as well as learning how to deal with both great employers and those less than great.

We warned new moms of dangers to their children.  And shared info on what to do when your teenager no longer thinks he/she needs your advice.  We have covered amazing events in town and traveled to openings of new restaurants, hotels, boutiques, and other exciting new businesses in San Diego and our surrounding areas.  We have given you an insider’s look at the power women of all ages have, especially by spreading the word that getting older means getting wiser, and that no woman should give up her hopes and dreams, regardless of the stage of life she is in.  Most of all, the part of this magazine I have loved more than anything is meeting our readers face to face and learning what drives them and how we can be the best possible resource for them.  In twenty years, we have learned a lot, but mostly how incredible the women of San Diego are and how much we appreciate that you have spent the past two decades sharing your lives with us.  We look forward to the next 20!

Our Cover includes some of the favorite issues selected by our readers, and all can be found online if you missed them when they first came out.

This issue, as with our others, is filled with information for all women, whether you are 18 or 80+.
